Kate Geller is a mental health awareness advocate, writer, and host/creator of the podcast Shame On Shame. 

Kate's passion for the topics of shame, trauma, and mental health comes from past struggles with childhood bullying, substance abuse, body image, and overall mental health.

Ultimately, Kate found healing, self-acceptance, and self-love through fearlessly sharing the entirety of her story, over and over again. 

Her podcast "Shame on Shame" is a deep dive into what causes shame, the countless forms that shame takes, and how to overcome it. 

Through her work, Kate is on a mission to free both herself and others from shame.
