Each month, you will receive a new customized training plan with demo videos and performance tracking, customized calories and macros, and a beautifully designed sample meal plan PDF that you can follow to a T or track your own foods through My Fitness Pal, which syncs automatically with our app.
After setting goals with during your intro call with Tara, you will be able to track all of your habits and progress conveniently in the app. You also have access to your coach 24/7 with any questions via in-app messaging. Your client dashboard also syncs to Apple Watch, Fitbit, Withings Scale and My Fitness Pal for convenience.
Easily update your coach with your progress in the app, as prompted for weekly checkins and monthly photo upload prompts, off your phone. Your progress will be closely monitored and will be given feedback to drive you toward your goals.

Join Tara and the rest of the members of Higher for 2 interactive video zoom calls per week, where Tara will coach you on mindset and hold a weekly Q&A and also hold you accountable each week on an area of your choosing, as well as share your wins each week. Replays are available for missed calls.
After you have completed your 90-Day Mt. Everest Journey, you will receive a special gift from Tara (a sterling silver Higher necklace to remind you all the power and all of the answers are inside of you), plus the HIGHER Planner, to keep you on your A-game with meditation, gratitude and strategic goal setting.
These are paid for by the client and are optional. We definitely recommend doing them! The neurotyping test is paid for by us and will be the very first thing you do as a client in Higher. You will also get access to an in-app program that educates you on all of our recommended testing and tools. Tara may guide you through other biohacking options as needed.
You will get access to our private Community, where you will get ongoing support from a like-minded community, find all the resources you need in Higher (pdf's, journals, etc.), see what the Zoom call topics will be each time, watch or listen to audio of any missed Zoom calls, and share your journey.
