By purchasing coaching, programs, memberships, retreats, or other services from Coach Tara Garrison, LLC or Higher LLC (“Coach Tara Garrison,” “Higher,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Higher Coaching is an educational and coaching service designed to help clients improve their health, fitness, nutrition, mindset, and personal growth.
Coaching is not medical care.
Nothing provided through Higher Coaching should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients should always consult their physician before making changes to medications, supplements, diet, or exercise.
By purchasing coaching, you confirm that:
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been selected.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of coaching services.
Payment plans are offered as a convenience.
Selecting a payment plan does not create a month-to-month coaching membership.
Rather, it is an agreement to pay the full cost of the coaching package over time.
Clients remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation, unless otherwise required by law.
Due to the personalized nature of coaching, immediate allocation of coaching time, individualized programming, and access to proprietary materials, all coaching purchases are final.
Coaching fees are non-refundable.
Unused coaching time, missed calls, or discontinued participation do not qualify for refunds.
Clients are responsible for scheduling coaching calls within the timeframes provided.
If a client is late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.
Reasonable rescheduling requests are accommodated whenever possible.
Higher Coaching includes messaging support through approved communication platforms.
Messaging is intended for coaching support only.
Messages are not monitored continuously.
Please allow up to two business days for responses.
Messaging should never be used for medical emergencies.

We make no guarantee regarding:

All coaching materials remain the property of Coach Tara Garrison.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, sold, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
Access to the Coach Tara App/Higher Fitness, courses, or digital materials is licensed to the purchaser only.
Sharing login credentials or distributing content is prohibited.
Clients agree to participate respectfully in:
We reserve the right to remove individuals engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
Retreats, adventures, and live events may have separate participation agreements, cancellation policies, liability waivers, and travel requirements.
Those agreements supplement these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Tara Garrison, Higher, its employees, contractors, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in coaching or use of our services.
Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coach Tara Garrison, Higher, its owners, employees, contractors, coaches, and affiliates from claims arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
