Coaching Informed Consent & Liability Waiver

By purchasing or participating in services provided by Coach Tara Garrison LLC or Higher LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Coaching Relationship

I understand that Coach Tara Garrison LLC and Higher LLC provide coaching, education, and experiences related to fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, personal development, laboratory interpretation education, health optimization, retreats, and other wellness-related services.

I understand these services are educational and coaching in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor are they a substitute for medical care provided by a licensed healthcare professional.

Medical Responsibility

I understand that I remain under the care of my own licensed healthcare providers and am responsible for consulting them regarding any medical concerns, diagnoses, medications, supplements, exercise participation, or treatment decisions.

Personal Responsibility

I understand that my results depend on many factors, including my consistency, adherence, health history, genetics, and individual circumstances.

No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in fitness training, exercise, nutrition programs, supplementation, lifestyle changes, coaching, retreats, outdoor activities, and wellness experiences involves inherent risks.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks and choose to participate willingly.

Communication

I agree to promptly communicate any significant symptoms, injuries, adverse reactions, or health concerns to my healthcare provider and, when appropriate, to Coach Tara Garrison LLC or Higher LLC.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Coach Tara Garrison LLC, Higher LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors, coaches, volunteers, and representatives from liability arising from my participation in their coaching, educational programs, retreats, events, and related services, except where prohibited by applicable law.

By purchasing or participating in services provided by Coach Tara Garrison LLC or Higher LLC, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Coaching Informed Consent & Liability Waiver.
