Charlie Johnson - a number one online trainer in Europe, who is based in London and has transformed over 8k clients. Charlie suffered a foot condition in his early teens that were causing him a lot of issues when it came to his passion of the sport. Due to this he stopped being so active and then piled on the pounds. After being teased at school he decided to pull himself together and work around his injury problems with professional help. He then got back into rugby and skiing and eventually got into the gym, where he found his real passion. He always progressively pushed his physique ambitions while working a 60-hour corporate week. During that time he competed in the 2016 Muscle Model and Fitness Model categories, signed a sponsorship deal with Adapt Nutrition, and was featured in Muscle and Fitness Magazine.
